International Sport Management (ISM) was founded in 1990 by David Maravilla. ISM has had tremendous success in the international market place. Approaching two decades representing athletes in the international basketball world, ISM has withstood the test of time.

Our ability to negotiate Big Contracts with European Heavyweights is what sets us apart. Maccabi Tel Aviv, Panathinikos Athens, Unicaja Malaga, Montepashi Siena and Dynamo Moscow are among the high profile organizations that we have done business with over the years.

Our personal working relationship with many general managers, directors and coaches in Europe is a direct result of the dedication and professionalism we strive to reach in serving our clients’ needs. Very few American based agencies have such a vast network of international contacts.

The diversity in our clients is further proof that our global presence is felt throughout the market. Currently ISM represents athletes from Bosnia, Croatia, the Dominican Republic, Etriea, Puerto Rico, Serbia, Slovenia, and the United States.

The basketball world has changed dramatically in the last twenty years and ISM has been a big part in that revolution. We are a full service agency, providing our clients with business, marketing, and personal services. We offer draft preparation, contract negotiation, and international career management.
