"Juice" Thompson left Northwestern as the All time leader in assists,games played , games started and minutes played, he was the 3rd all time leading scorer in school history,set the Big Ten Tourney record of scoring 35 point in one game in March of 2011 against Minnesota but, what "Juice " did above all else was WIN! Northwestern had three consecutive NIT Tournament births from 2008-2011. In the 2010-11 season, Juice led the Cats to consecutive 20 win seasons for the first time in school history. In addition,he was selected a third team All Big Ten selection following the 2010-11 season. That year he led the Cats to a deep NIT run losing by a point on the road to Washington State in the NIT Quarter Finals.

His ability to not only score but also create for his team is what made him so hard to defend. "Juice" left his mark in Big Ten history and will be a force to be reckoned with at the pro level.
